1.Delivery Areas
We deliver to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any exceptions will be clarified during the purchase process.
2.Shipping Time
Delivery time varies depending on the governorate, but generally:
- Within Alexandria, Cairo and Giza: 1–3 business days.
- Other governorates: 2–5 business days.
- Fridays and official public holidays are not counted as business days.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the address and governorate.
Free shipping offers may be available on certain products or when an order exceeds a specific amount.
4. Shipping Companies
We work with reliable shipping companies to ensure orders are delivered on time and in good condition. The customer will be provided with a tracking number (if available).
5. Delivery Responsibility
Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, we commit to tracking its status and providing full support until it is received.
In case of shipping delays due to reasons beyond our control (such as natural disasters, lockdowns, or any force majeure circumstances), we will contact the customer directly to inform them.
6. Order Receipt
The customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery and before signing. If there is visible damage to the packaging or contents, please refuse the delivery and state the reason on the shipping receipt.
Any claims regarding the product after receipt must be made within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
7. Shipping Address Modification
The shipping address can only be modified before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately via email or phone.
8. Undelivered or Refused Orders
If the customer refuses to receive the order without a valid reason, the store reserves the right to charge the customer for the round-trip shipping costs.
