1. Eligibility Window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return and refund. Any requests made after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a return.
2. Product Condition
We understand that you need to try a product to know if it works for you. Therefore, we accept returns on items that are lightly used. Products that are heavily used, nearly empty, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Amount & Shipping Fees
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Initial Shipping: The shipping fee paid when you originally placed the order will not be refunded.
- Return Shipping: A return shipping fee (calculated based on your specific location) will apply to send the item back to us.
- The Refund: You will receive a refund exclusively for the exact price of the product(s) purchased.
How it works (Example): If you purchase a moisturizer for 299 EGP and pay a delivery fee to receive it, your maximum eligible refund will be 299 EGP. When you initiate the return, a return shipping fee (based on your location) will be deducted from that 299 EGP refund, or you may be asked to pay the courier directly.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
Our team will review your request, confirm the return shipping fee for your location, and arrange for our courier to collect the lightly used product from your address.
5. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our “lightly used” criteria, we will process your refund. The funds will be returned to you via Instapay, Vodafone Cash, original payment method, etc. within 5 business days.
