At Labreez, we are proud that every product is Made in Egypt, crafted with the highest standards of quality and elegance. That’s why we stand behind every bottle with our Love It Guarantee.
If, within 30 days of purchase, your Labreez product does not meet your expectations, you may return it directly to us under these simple conditions:
- Lightly tried only: Returns are accepted if no more than 10% of the product has been used.
- Proof required: A valid proof of purchase must be included.
- Mailed only: Returns cannot be dropped off in person; they must be mailed directly to:
- Burj Al-Atabaa, 398 Main Abu Qir Street, 10th Floor, Unit 111, El Fanar, Sidi Gaber, Alexandria, Egypt
- Authenticity secured: Only products in their original packaging will be processed.
- Our promise: Once verified, you will receive a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return and full refund under our policy, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
1. Return Must Be Initiated Within 30 Days
You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a return request.
2. Product Usage Limit
You may not return any product that has been used more than 15% of its content. Products showing excessive use, damage, or tampering are not eligible.
3. Return Location
All eligible returns must be shipped directly to our Return Center in Alexandria, Egypt.
Returns sent to retailers, resellers, or any unauthorized address will not be accepted.
4. Original Packaging Required
Products must be returned in their original bottle, with no alterations to the container, labeling, or cap.
5. Proof of Purchase
You must include the original receipt or order confirmation email. Refunds will not be issued without verified proof of purchase.
6. Return Shipping Is Buyer’s Responsibility
All return shipping costs, customs duties, and packaging fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
7. One-Time Return Limit
Refund requests are limited to one return per product per customer. Repeated refund requests will not be honored.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email [email protected] with the following:
• Full name
• Order number
• Product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Photo of the product showing remaining quantity
Once approved, you will receive the return address in Alexandria, Egypt, along with further instructions.
Important Notes
• We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.
• Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
